So, maybe it wasn’t a paid shoot and she has no idea who I am, but I got a picture of her in concert and that means I shot Cher! LOL. Anyway, I went to Vegas this past weekend for a quick, quick getaway to see my family. It was a last minute thing; my aunt who lives in Hawaii called and was hoping I could come out to visit with them for the weekend since they would be there until Sunday. I passed on Friday because I just have so much work to do, but I changed my mind and decided to go Saturday morning. I always love to see my family whenever I can and Vegas is just an added bonus, so I decided to go. I got in on Saturday at 5:30pm, just in time for her 8:00 sold out show. Yes, not an empty seat in the house. Well, it started at 8:30 and she made quite the entrance. I have never seen Cher live before, never been a fan, but I can say that after seeing her perform live, she is a performer who puts out a great show. Very entertaining. The costumes and production was awesome. I drove back on Sunday, so I was there for just over 24 hours, but it was great to see my family and have a quick break. It was worth it. Cher won’t be back until August for those of you who are interested.
